Machine fleet
What we print on
The farm combines fast Bambu Lab machines, multi-head Prusa XL printers and the large-format Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga.
| Quantity | Machine | Role on the farm |
|---|---|---|
| 16× | Bambu Lab H2S | The core of the farm — custom printing and series |
| 1× | Bambu Lab H2D | Full dual-material printing |
| 1× | Bambu Lab H2C | Full seven-colour printing with minimal waste |
| 2× | Bambu Lab P2S | Prototyping and development |
| 2× | Bambu Lab X2D | Prototyping and development |
| 2× | Prusa XL | 5 print heads — multi-colour and multi-material printing |
| 1× | Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga | Large-format printing up to 800×800×1000 mm |
Large-format printing
A part up to 800×800×1000 mm. In one piece.
The Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga large-format printer handles parts where ordinary machines top out at a fraction of the size. We print covers, moulds, mock-ups and structural parts without gluing segments together — and even larger assemblies are split and joined.

Materials
More than 10 types of material in stock
We’ll help you choose based on the load, temperature and environment the part will be used in.
PLA
An easy-to-print material with fine detail — prototypes, visible parts and models for indoor use.
PETG
Tough and moisture-resistant — the versatile choice for functional parts in everyday use.
ABS
A mechanically and thermally resistant engineering plastic — parts that are further machined or glued.
ASA
Resists UV radiation and weathering — the first choice for outdoor parts.
TPU
A flexible material — suitable for seals, damping elements, protective covers and bump stops.
Nylon
High strength and wear resistance — heavily loaded machine components and sliding parts.
PC Blend CF
A polycarbonate blend filled with carbon fibre — the most thermally and mechanically resistant material in our range. Parts under continuous load, jigs and components for higher temperatures.
Carbon composites
Carbon-fibre-filled materials with high stiffness at low weight — jigs, holders and the most demanding applications.
Glass-fibre composites
Glass-fibre-filled materials — stiffness and dimensional stability where pure plastic would flex.

How we print
FDM/FFF technology explained simply
All our machines print using FDM technology (Fused Deposition Modeling, also known as FFF). The printer melts a plastic strand — filament — and deposits it through a fine nozzle layer by layer exactly according to the 3D model until the finished part is complete.
The result is strong plastic parts in a wide range of materials — from prototypes to functional components and entire series. Production starts straight from the data, without moulds or tooling, which is why it pays off from a single piece.
Our own server. No cloud.
We process print data exclusively locally on our own server. Your models never travel to printer manufacturers’ clouds — drawings, prototypes and know-how stay strictly between us.
