Transport can knock a machine slightly out of alignment even after a successful repair, so before handing it back we recalibrate it and verify it with a test print — we return it printing, not just repaired. The repair itself is not included — labour and parts beyond diagnostics are quoted according to the price list and always agreed with you before we go ahead.
