You can now follow the progress of your order online. Via a unique link, you can check at any time whether the order has been accepted, is being prepared, is printing or has already been shipped.

Once your order has been created, we’ll send you a unique tracking link that lets you easily see what stage your order is at.
No need to write or call us to ask whether your parts are already printing or roughly when they’ll be ready. Just open the link.
A simple overview in a few steps
The page shows the current status of your order:
- Received — we have received your order and logged it in our system.
- Preparation — we are preparing the order for production.
- Printing — your parts are in production right now.
- Shipped — the order is complete and has been dispatched.
The current status is always clearly highlighted, so you can see at a glance what’s happening with your order.
The overview also includes the number of pieces ordered and the estimated completion date.
No login required
Order tracking works via a unique link that you receive from us.
You don’t need to create an account, remember a password or log in anywhere. Simply open the link in your browser and the current status of your order is available immediately.
Why did we introduce tracking?
We want you to have a better overview of your order without waiting unnecessarily for a reply.
As soon as the status of your order changes, you’ll see it directly on the tracking page.
